WegWerfGesellschaft Ultimate Frisbee since 2004

Mitte März ist die Wegwerfgesellschaft zum InnD'or nach Innsbruck gefahren. Vor Beginn des ersten Spiels wurde es schon aufregend… ein Teil des Teams kam erst genau zu Spielbeginn an. Aber auch ohne Warm-Up und Einwerfen konnten wir dieses Spiel gleich für uns entscheiden. Das restliche Wochenende haben wir ein paar Spiele gewonnen und ein paar verloren und sind am Ende auf Platz 7 von 12 gelandet. Als besonders spirited sind uns die beiden Spiele gegen die Gastgeber in Erinnerung geblieben. Vielen Dank an Pia und Lisa von den Augärtnern, die uns auf Grund erkrankter/verletzter WWG Damen immer wieder unterstützt haben! Aber natürlich hatten wir nicht nur auf, sondern auch neben dem Spielfeld beim Beerrace (danke Ella!) und der Party mit 90er Jahre Musik viel Spaß! Vielen Dank, Flying Circus, dass wir bei diesem tollen Turnier dabei sein durften! 

In mid-March, the Wegwerfgesellschaft travelled to InnD'or in Innsbruck. Before the start of the first game it was already exciting... a part of the team arrived exactly at the beginning of the game. But even without warm-up and throwing we were able to win this game. The rest of the weekend we won a few games and lost a few and ended up in 7th place out of 12. As especially spirited we remembered the two games against the hosts. Many thanks to Pia and Lisa from the Augärtner, who supported us several times due to ill/injured ladies in our team! But of course we not only had a lot of fun on, but also next to the playing field at the Beerrace (thanks Ella!) and the party with 90s music! Thanks a lot, Flying Circus, for letting us take part in this great tournament!
